BPM Mezzanine Fund exited its investment in Zoo Factory Sp. z o.o.
BPM Mezzanine Fund SICAV-SIF, SCA has provided financing for the MBO of Zoo Factory Sp. zo.o back in 2020. This exit transaction also marks The Nutriment Company (TNC) 's entry into the Polish pet products market.
