capital to Eskaro AS, a subsidiary of Eskaro Group AB (Eskaro). Eskaro is one of the leading paint
producers in Estonia, Finland, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. The company was established in Tallinn in
1993. Today, the company has production and commercial enterprises in 6 countries.
