KOOS.io, founded by a serial tech-entrepreneur and investor
Taavi Kotka, has created a way to engage various stakeholders in the development of an organisation and to share its economic achievement with them without the need to register them as shareholders. According to Kotka, KOOS already has paying customers, and the interest in the new solution is very high. “It’s a totally new concept globally which enables to engage the client base and partners by sharing future income. Creating the ownership feeling and sharing the benefits is the most motivating way to engage people in the development of the organisation,” Kotka explains.
KOOS.io offers an automated and transparent technology that enables to give shareholding to any community members (employees, customers, supporters) through a system that records all actions conveniently and reliably by issuing tokens. Upon reaching the business goal the tokens will be used to execute value sharing and reward token holders proportionally. The new funding will be used to grow the team and for expansion to new markets, starting from the UK.
