Rain Tamm is an investor and entrepreneur, currently with a main focus as a GP at Siena Secondary Fund. He has been investing in VC, PE and RE strategies since the mid-nineties and hence covering the whole spectrum of EstVCA by his earlier experience.

With Siena, they have invested in the Baltics and the Silicon Valley area both directly and through funds and syndicates with underlying investments in more than 600 companies. Through Siena Capital, Rain is an LP in more than 10 VC funds.

Since 2021, he has been focusing mainly on secondary strategy through Siena Secondary Fund.
