Project Manager

Merit Vislapu is currently serving as the Project Manager at EstVCA and as a Platform and Operations Associate at Norrsken Evolve.

She has spent nearly a decade in the Estonian startup ecosystem, where I have specialised in designing and executing high-impact initiatives that connect stakeholders across venture capital funds, accelerators, startups, non-profits, and the public sector. From the Baltics and Nordics to the CEE region and Western Europe, I have helped turn bold ideas into tangible impact, supported the growth of early-stage startups, and built peer-to-peer networks and communities.

She draws from her extensive experience in organising local and international events and projects to support EstVCA’s mission.
