EfTEN Special Opportunity Fund made its first investment
EfTEN Special Opportunity Fund helped to co-finance ZeroSum Asset Management recent acquisition, Svitrigailos 11B business centre in Vilnius. EfTEN provided 2 million euros bond financing with 50 months duration. The mission of EfTEN Special Opportunities Fund is to provide different financing layers for developers or asset managers in their acquisitions or development projects in the Baltics. The fund can be an investor via equity, mezzanine financing, bonds or to be senior debt provider as it suits project needs.
