With a strong presence in the Nordic-Baltic region and seven offices across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Denmark, NJORD Law Firm has a special focus on the technology sector, advising both investors and innovative companies throughout their growth journey. The Estonian office supports investors and portfolio companies with investments, fundraising, corporate matters, and M&A transactions.
