Practica Capital leads Outcraft AI’s €2M pre-seed round
Outcraft AI, a Vilnius-based agentic AI startup, has raised €2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Practica Capital, with early backing from venture builder Lost Astronaut.
Founded in 2025 by Will Nauseda, Edvinas Rakickas, and Rytis Dereskevicius, Outcraft AI is building autonomous AI agents for sales and revenue execution, enabling companies to engage customers in real time across channels such as voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
The platform addresses a key challenge for modern businesses—missed revenue opportunities due to delayed or inconsistent follow-ups—by automatically reacting to signals such as inbound leads, abandoned checkouts, or failed payments and determining the next best action.
“What caught our attention was a product vision built for lean revenue teams – where a single operator can run the inbound motion at any scale. And a strong market pull: the team was already working with strong clients while in stealth,” said Practica Capital.
Will Nauseda, CEO and co-founder of Outcraft AI, added: “We're not building another sales tool or engagement platform. We're developing autonomous AI agents that execute customer engagement end to end.”
Looking ahead, the company aims to enable fully autonomous revenue execution, where AI agents manage the entire customer lifecycle, from lead capture and qualification to engagement, retention, and revenue recovery. The newly secured funding will be used to further enhance the platform's capabilities and support its expansion into additional markets.
